Constructed 1,000 square foot isolation/soundproof music mix room with acoustically rated finishes, walls, floors, doors, and ceilings. HVAC system was modified to accommodate isolation. Ceiling was constructed on spring isolators and floors were installed on raised panels to absorb sound and prevent exterior sound contamination.
