Preconstruction Services
Overall project success relies heavily upon the decisions made at the initial stages of the job. Combining skilled professionals with an open and collaborative approach, our comprehensive Preconstruction services provide clients with a systematic approach for developing a detailed project scope with the goal of reducing the need for change orders during construction. In addition, our Preconstruction services provide clients with value engineering options for schedule and budget reduction to ensure that the most efficient means, methods and materials are utilized at all times.
General Contracting
For clients who desire less involvement in the actual construction process, we offer General Contracting services. Through the use of our General Contracting services, Mass Contracting is fully accountable for all construction related activities on a project and delivers a final product that meets the agreed upon specifications, schedule and budget. While clients are kept apprised of all job-related progress through regular meetings with the project team, Mass Contracting manages the details of the project scope and therefore the client is relieved from the day-to-day oversight of the project.
Construction Management
We offer Construction Management services when a client desires to maintain financial control over a project but designates Mass Contracting to be the single point of contact for all other aspects of the project. During this process we ensure a consistent level of communication across all project participants and we customize the level of client involvement based on their desires and needs. We identify issues or concerns related to construction, design, schedule and cost, and work with the client to develop viable solutions that will enable us to achieve a timely project completion.
Safety
We share a personal and professional commitment to protecting the safety and health of our employees, our subcontractors, our clients and the people of the communities in which we operate. All employees assigned to a work site are OSHA trained and adhere to the highest safety standards when completing their work. We have an exemplary safety record and health and safety program which sets Mass Contracting apart from other general contracting/construction management firms.
