Interior renovation of elevator lobby. Ceiling demolition followed by installation of new sheetrock ceiling and lights, and upgrades to existing HVAC system. Elevator doors were painted and existing stone finishes were honed and polished. Project required coordination with multiple neighboring tenants and protection of existing floor.
