Interior renovation to construct multi purpose “news nook” as annex to main broadcasting studio. Installation of wall to ceiling monitors to create illusion of main studio broadcast. Constructed movable platforms, anchor desk and other fixtures to allow for flexibility of use. New HVAC, lighting, floors, ceiling, electric to support broadcasting equipment, finishes and control area. Acoustical treatments as needed.
