Interior Renovation of 3,500 square foot office space in downtown Manhattan. Work included demolition of walls and existing drop ceiling, followed by installation of new glass partitions and doors, sheetrock ceiling, light fixtures, as well as renovating the pantry area with new mill work, flooring, counter, appliances, and sink with associated plumbing connections. The project also included sprinkler and HVAC upgrades to existing systems. All work was done while protecting existing carpet.
